Sage Oil Vac lube trucks and lube bodies are designed to help operators make the most efficient use of their time. The evolution of our lube truck and lube body products is directly tied to changes in the workforce and the many challenges of maintenance service providers around the country.
Body Options
- Fuel and lube body. Store large capacities of off-road diesel and oil. Use your truck as a primary fueler with the ability to top off oil and grease all in one vehicle.
- Lube-only body. Store large capacities of maintenance oils. Complete 2,000-hour services in the field requiring large oil volumes.
- Enclosed body. Conceal equipment and heat enclosure for increased performance. Bonus: This option leaves more room for branded marketing on the side of your truck.
- Open body. Save money with an open body with side walls. This economical option also offers the ability to brand wall panels.
Class 5 Bodies

Sage Oil vac has launched a new Class 5/6 Lube body perfect for PM’s on all types of equipment from dozers, excavators, to rental generators and fleets of equipment of any kind. 55AB-6200
5 fresh product tanks can be configured for any fluids and include tank sizes of 180, 120, (2) 80, (2) 60 gallons. System is designed with Sage Oil Vac exclusive pressure and vacuum system that allows you to vacuum fill product tanks from a bulk fill panel on drivers side. The new 55AB-6200 is constructed of steel sub frame with aluminum cabinets and components to optimize weight savings.
Operators have the convenience of LED Fluid Level indicators and controls from the back of the cabinet where fluid reels are located.
This unit comes standard with Sage Oil Vac Filter Receptacle, with the ability to quickly vacuum into used oil tank with the turn of a valve, Filter Stinger for puncturing and vacuuming oil from oil filters and a 5 drawer mechanics drawer set for efficient technician tool storage.

Sage Oil Vac has created a line of lube truck bodies to fit in a class 7 truck chassis (i.e. Ford F-750, Peterbilt 337, Freightliner M2 or the Kenworth T370). This product line offers fuel and lube-change combinations as well as high capacity lube-only bodies — this lube truck body class is generally for those in-field operations where an oil change needs to be performed on large equipment.
This class 7 Standard Model 57CC-7401 Fuel/Lube Open Truck Bed chassis has a 1,000-gallon fuel and lube capacity available in a variety of tank combinations. All oil tanks utilize the Sage Oil Vac exclusive pressure and vacuum system. This body includes a slide out used filter receptacle, stowable 17-gallon drain pan and a fluid control panel to monitor fluid levels, bulk vacuum filling and fluid control.

This class 7 lube truck body is great for on site PM’s with lube capacity of over 1200 gallons. All oil tanks utilize the Sage Oil Vac exclusive pressure and vacuum system. This unit features vacuum fill capabilities and fluid level LED indicators.

Sage Oil Vac created a 6-by-4-foot, truck-mounted fuel and lube truck body for the jobsites where fuel distribution is important in large quantities. A class 8 truck chassis belongs in a vehicle exceeding 33,000 lb. This robust design can withstand the harsh offroad conditions needed from this truck class — service equipment on any rutted out, unpaved road without worry.
